    In order to implement the deployment of government departments at all levels in Yunnan Province on the prevention and control of COVID-19 and ensure that merchants can enter the market safely and quickly when the market opens, the area of New Luosiwan will carry out an on-site examination system. On the opening day of the market and during the epidemic prevention and control period, except for those who have been in Hubei Province or have lived and traveled in Hubei Province and other key epidemic areas but have not been isolated and observed as required, those who have passed the examination through online "Health Declaration Form" shall bring the following original certificates to the site for examination: I. Return Receipt for passing the online "Health Declaration Form". II. ID card and a copy of the original ID card. III. Show the latest 15-30 days of search results at the roaming destination. IV. Those who have been in "non-locked down" areas in Hubei Province and now returned to Kunming City personnel and those who have been in key epidemic areas outside Hubei (Hunan, Henan, Zhejiang, Guangdong) and now returned to Kunming City must submit the Medical Evidence of Disisolation issued by the community; Those whose native place in "locked down" area of Hubei and key epidemic areas but did not leave Kunming during the epidemic period must submit relevant certificates of residence and health examination issued by their communities or local village committees. Note: Merchants and employees living in urban communities are requested to contact the property departments of their communities. Merchants or employees living in rural communities are requested to contact the village committees for consultation and issuance of relevant certificates.
